  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. On a large serving platter, spread tortilla chips in an even layer.
  4. Top chips with seasoned beef, black beans, and salsa.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and dollop sour cream and guacamole on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges before serving.
