- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

- In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack. Make sure they are not touching each other for maximum crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and toss in your favorite wing sauce before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, consider broiling them for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time.
- Make sure to pat the wings dry with paper towels before seasoning them to help achieve a crispy texture.
- Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste or add other seasonings you enjoy.
