A creamy and flavorful chicken salad perfect for sandwiches or served on a bed of greens.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, and almonds.
- Add the Dijon mustard and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on sandwiches, in lettuce wraps, or over a bed of greens.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding diced apples or dried cranberries.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter version.
