- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the baby carrots with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme until evenly coated.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the carrots for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until they are tender and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket, as this will affect the cooking time and texture of the carrots.
- You can also use regular carrots cut into sticks or rounds if baby carrots are not available.
