Description
These easy and delicious Caprese Skewers are perfect for a summer appetizer or party. Fresh mozzarella, basil, and cherry tomatoes come together for a burst of flavor in every bite.
Ingredients

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls, bocconcini or ciliegine
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water and pat dry.
- On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends for handling.
- Drizzle the assembled skewers with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- You can also add a slice of prosciutto or salami for an extra flavor boost.
- Feel free to use larger mozzarella balls and cut them in half if you prefer.
- These skewers can be prepared a few hours in advance; just keep them covered in the refrigerator.
