Ingredients

- 1 cup homemade croutons
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For homemade croutons, cube day-old bread and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Bake at 375°F until golden.
- Feel free to add grilled chicken or shrimp for added protein.
