- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the buffalo sauce with olive oil in a bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture to coat evenly.
- Return the cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
