Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  7. While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the buffalo sauce with olive oil in a bowl.
  8. Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture to coat evenly.
  9. Return the cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
