Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down for maximum crispiness.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm.
