- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and tender.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and top with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy Brussels sprouts!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the Brussels sprouts with cooking spray before air frying.
- Feel free to add other seasonings like smoked paprika or chili flakes for added flavor.
