  • Author: ushinzomr
  • Total Time: 25
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and tender.
  5. Once done, remove from the air fryer and top with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy Brussels sprouts!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can spray the Brussels sprouts with cooking spray before air frying.
  • Feel free to add other seasonings like smoked paprika or chili flakes for added flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
