- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
