Creamy and flavorful Boursin Chicken Pasta that combines tender chicken with a rich Boursin cheese sauce served over pasta.

- 8 oz pasta of choice (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor recommended)
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the Boursin cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- If using spinach, add it to the sauce and cook until wilted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for added nutrition.
