Description

Creamy and flavorful Boursin Chicken Pasta that combines tender chicken with a rich Boursin cheese sauce served over pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor recommended)
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the Boursin cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  6. If using spinach, add it to the sauce and cook until wilted.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated with the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
