Description
A delicious and classic BLT sandwich made with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, all nestled between two slices of toasted bread.

- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of bread (white or whole grain)
- 2 large lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the lettuce leaves on two of the slices of bread, followed by the tomato slices. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- Add the crispy bacon on top of the tomatoes.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side down.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, use flavored mayonnaise or add avocado slices.
- Feel free to use your favorite type of bread.
- Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
