- 2 racks Pork ribs
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a dry rub.
- Rub the mixture generously over both sides of the pork ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
