These BBQ Pulled Chicken Sliders are the perfect combination of tender, flavorful chicken topped with crunchy coleslaw, all served on soft slider buns. Perfect for parties and gatherings!

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and pour the BBQ sauce over them. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and mix it with the BBQ sauce in the slow cooker.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine the coleslaw.
- To assemble the sliders, place a generous amount of pulled chicken on the bottom half of each slider bun, top with coleslaw, and cover with the top half of the bun.
