  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  3. Trim any excess fat from the brisket, leaving about 1/4 inch for flavor.
