Description
Tender, juicy baby back ribs coated in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, perfect for summer grilling or any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down. Close the lid and cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, allowing it to caramelize.
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For more flavor, marinate the ribs in the spice mix overnight in the refrigerator.
- If you prefer, you can also cook the ribs in the oven at 300°F for 2.5 to 3 hours before finishing on the grill.
- Feel free to use your favorite BBQ sauce or make your own!
