Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 scoops of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup of strawberry syrup
  • 1/4 cup of crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Place the banana halves in a long dish, cut side up.
  3. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream between the two halves of each banana.
  4. Repeat with a scoop of chocolate and strawberry ice cream.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream scoops.
  6. Add strawberry syrup and crushed pineapple on top.
  7. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  8. Finish with a maraschino cherry on top of each scoop.
