- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place the frozen banana slices in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take a few minutes, so be patient!
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, then blend until combined.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for about 1-2 hours for a firmer consistency.

- Make sure your bananas are fully ripe for the best flavor.
