Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
  2. Wash and core the apples. Slice them thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  3. If using, toss the apple slices in cinnamon until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours, flipping the slices halfway through, until they are dry and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
