Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup olives (green or black)
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing where necessary.
  2. On a wooden skewer, thread one cherry tomato, followed by a mozzarella ball, a slice of salami, an artichoke heart, an olive, a slice of roasted red pepper, and a basil leaf. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends for handling.
  3. Repeat with remaining ingredients to create additional skewers.
  4. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
