- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1 cup sliced salami
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup olives (green or black)
- 1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing where necessary.
- On a wooden skewer, thread one cherry tomato, followed by a mozzarella ball, a slice of salami, an artichoke heart, an olive, a slice of roasted red pepper, and a basil leaf. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends for handling.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients to create additional skewers.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the skewers with your favorite antipasto ingredients.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the salami and add more veggies or marinated tofu.
