- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
- Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
