Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
  4. Air fry the zucchini for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add other seasonings or herbs according to your preference.
  • For extra crunch, consider coating the zucchini slices in breadcrumbs before air frying.
