- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Check for doneness; for medium-rare, the internal temperature should be 130°F (54°C). Adjust cooking time as needed.
- Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
