- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the squash into 1/4-inch rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss the squash with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
- Place the squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
- If using, sprinkle the cooked squash with Parmesan cheese before serving.
