- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then season generously with the spice mixture on both sides.
- Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
