Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then season generously with the spice mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
