Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and rub them with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
