- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and rub them with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy!
