- 1 pound Pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the pork chop pieces, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the pork is evenly coated.
- Place the pork chop bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, check that the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chop bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
