  • 1 pound Pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pork chop pieces, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the pork is evenly coated.
  3. Place the pork chop bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once cooked, check that the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the pork chop bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
