Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the okra pieces to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat the okra evenly with the oil and dry mixture.
- Place the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the okra is golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
