  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf shape that fits in your air fryer basket.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
