- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf shape that fits in your air fryer basket.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
