Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. If desired, toss the sausages in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the Italian sausage links in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  4. Cook for 9-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the sausages are browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F or 70°C).
