These air fryer donuts are fluffy, delicious, and easy to make! With just a few ingredients, you can enjoy warm, homemade donuts without the guilt of frying.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- for coating cinnamon sugar
- for air fryer non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Lightly flour a surface and turn the dough out. Roll it out to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Use a donut cutter or two round cookie cutters to cut out the donuts. Make sure to also cut out the holes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the donuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may have to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the donuts and let them cool slightly. Dip them in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
- Enjoy your air fryer donuts!
Notes
- Make sure to not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- You can also glaze the donuts with a simple icing if desired.
