Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  4. Drizzle the lemon juice over the banana slices and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss again to coat.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  7. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping.
  8. Air fry the banana chips for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let them cool before serving.
