- 1 cup cornmeal

- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each catfish fillet into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
