  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each catfish fillet into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
