Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the carrots and potatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Place the carrots and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the vegetables are crispy and tender.
