- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- If desired, toss the cooked Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can increase the cooking time by a couple of minutes, checking frequently.
- Feel free to add other seasonings, such as smoked paprika or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
