  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

These air fryer brownies are rich, fudgy, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for a quick dessert fix!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar, and stir until well blended.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the dish for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For fudgier brownies, reduce the air frying time slightly.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • You can add nuts or other mix-ins according to your preference.
