Delicious and easy air fryer breakfast burritos filled with eggs, cheese, and your choice of veggies and meats.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook the diced onions and bell peppers over medium heat until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the sausage or bacon and cook until heated through.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are set. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon an equal amount of the egg mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the burritos with cooking spray.
- Place the burritos in the air fryer basket, seam side down. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
