Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and air frying.
