  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (For tossing the potatoes.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder (For flavor.)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (For a smoky flavor.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (To taste.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper (To taste.)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (Chopped, for garnish.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
