Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine baby carrots, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the carrots are tender and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
