  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

These refreshing watermelon popsicles are the perfect treat for hot summer days. Made with just watermelon and a hint of lime, they’re a healthy and delicious way to stay cool!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  4. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull out the popsicles.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, add chunks of fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries to the molds before pouring in the watermelon mixture.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
