- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and sliced red onion to the bowl.
