Ingredients

- 2 cups of semolina
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, and a pinch of salt.
- Add chopped vegetables and mix well.
- Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add green chilies and sauté for a minute.
- Pour the semolina mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- Cook until the base is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Cut into pieces and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add any vegetables you like.
- Serve with chutney or yogurt for added flavor.
- Adjust spice levels according to your taste.
