- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, toss cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables to the grill for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove chicken and vegetables from the grill.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
