  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight).
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
