Ingredients

- 1 cup of cooked quinoa

Instructions
- Prepare the quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and quinoa.
- Add grilled chicken and feta cheese to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
