Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and milk, alternating between them.
- If desired, add food coloring.
- Pour batter into prepared cake pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool before frosting.
- Decorate with buttercream frosting and edible flowers.
Notes
- Use fresh seasonal flowers for decoration.
- Make sure cakes are completely cool before frosting.
- You can layer the cakes for added height.
