Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the meat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spread half of the spaghetti mixture in a baking dish. Layer with meat sauce and the remaining spaghetti mixture.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
