Description
Crispy and flavorful smashed potatoes made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the baby potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Place the potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash each one with a fork.
- Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
- Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
