Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes.
  4. Place the potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash each one with a fork.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
  7. Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  9. Remove and serve hot.
