- 3–4 pounds beef roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
- Place the roast in the slow cooker.
- Add the beef broth, carrots, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the roast and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables and gravy from the slow cooker.

- You can add potatoes for a complete meal.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
