Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the sliced potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and cooking.
